Natasha Zech is the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Diversity and Development at the firm. For over a decade, she has managed all aspects of the firm’s associate and summer associate hiring, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and associate professional development, as well as the planning and oversight of the firm’s summer associate program and firmwide social events. She works closely with firm management on an array of initiatives related to associate recruiting and retention, and is a frequent speaker on all aspects of her role, both internally and externally for law schools and professional organizations.
Natasha holds a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in English from the University of Virginia. After clerking for Judge Thomas Motley on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and working as a trial lawyer for several Washington area firms, she began her present career in law firm recruitment. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA) and is a Volta Certified Lawyer Coach. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School.
