GW Law and Williams & Connolly Present: A Conversation about Disclosure

February 2020

On Thursday, February 13th, Malachi Jones, Chief Diversity Partner, and Natasha Zech, Director of Attorney Recruitment, Diversity and Development, participated in an interactive discussion at The George Washington University Law Center with the Atypical Student Society.  They discussed how to handle disclosure to your future employer of a disability and/or required accommodation.

The Atypical Student Society (“ATYPS”) works to make the legal field -- from law school through employment -- easier to navigate for neuroatypical individuals.  ATYPS provides a supportive community for atypical and neurodivergent students and their neurotypical allies, and works to create culture change by educating our community about different cognitive conditions and experiences.
