Pat is an associate at Williams & Connolly. Prior to joining the firm, Pat clerked for Judge Sandra S. Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Chief Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his B.A. from Boston College. While in law school, Pat served as an Articles Editor for the California Law Review and as a student co-director for Berkeley Law’s Written and Oral Advocacy program.
