On December 15th, Andrew Trask will moderate the panel “Navigating the Federal Circuit Rules of Practice: A Conversation with the Federal Circuit Clerk’s Office” presented by the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Rules Committee. Andrew, who serves as Chair of the Rules Committee, will be joined by the Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court as well as the Chief Deputy Clerk to discuss the Federal Circuit Rules, including implementation of the July 2020 set of amendments.
