On June 17th, Andrew Trask participated virtually in on the ethics panel “Practical and Complex Representation Considerations,” held during the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s annual Bench and Bar Conference. The panel addressed ethical issues that arise over the course of litigation, including Federal Circuit Rule 50, conflicts during joint representation, positions taken in different cases in different jurisdictions, and protective orders.
