Will earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. During law school, he served as an Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, was a member of the Supreme Court Clinic and the National Moot Court Team, and argued an appeal before the Third Circuit on behalf of a Section 1983 plaintiff.
Prior to joining Williams & Connolly in 2018, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
