Megan received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. Prior to law school, she spent three years on Capitol Hill working for Congressman Nick J. Rahall, II and Congressman Ted W. Lieu. After law school, Megan clerked for Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and Judge Robert B. King of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
