Kat Kayali and Luke McCloud participated in the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2026 Bench & Bar Conference. On June 18, Kat co-moderated the panel “Roles of Court and Jury: EcoFactor & Beyond,” which examined the evolving boundaries between judges and juries in patent cases, including damages, infringement, and validity determinations. On June 19, Luke participated on the panel “U.S. Supreme Court Review,” which discussed recent highlights and trends in Supreme Court jurisprudence in areas of relevance to the Federal Circuit community.
