Partner Lauren Uhlig will speak at the Trade Secret Legal Protection Conference to be held on September 15-17, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts. Lauren’s panel, titled “Trade Secret Litigation Strategy 2025: Reasonable Measures, Jury Selection and Remediation,” will discuss what is required to protect trade secrets under current laws, how to build and defend a misappropriation case, as well as how to gather and present evidence, prevent theft, and resolve disputes, and will provide insights into recent legal trends.
Lauren focuses her practice on complex litigation and trials. She has represented a variety of corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings (AAA, CEPANI, ICC). Lauren represents clients in a broad range of disputes, including commercial contracts, trade secrets, antitrust, finance, securities, and shareholder litigation. In addition to her litigation and trial practice, Lauren provides advice on contract negotiation and pre-litigation disputes.
