On June 20, partner Andrew Trask will be co-moderating a panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s 2025 Bench & Bar Conference. The panel, “The Administrative State,” will delve into recent developments in the laws and policies of federal agencies, with a focus on how these changes may affect the Federal Circuit’s varied areas of jurisdiction.
Andrew Trask litigates disputes involving intellectual property, competition, and technology. He has represented clients in the U.S. district courts, on appeal, in inter partes review proceedings, and in commercial arbitrations. In 2021, Andrew joined the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Board of Directors, and he previously served as the Chair of the FCBA Rules Committee. Andrew also co-teaches the Federal Circuit Practice seminar as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law.
