Andrew Trask Speaks at Bench & Bar Conference

On July 1st, partner Andrew Trask co-moderated the panel “Reviewed Adjudicators” at the 2023 Federal Circuit Bar Association Bench & Bar Conference.  The panel, which included judges from the courts and tribunals within the Federal Circuit’s jurisdiction, covered the role adjudicators play in the judicial system, the challenges they are facing, and tools adjudicators use to manage a changing litigation landscape.

Andrew Trask litigates disputes involving intellectual property, competition, and technology, often focusing on appeals.  He has briefed and argued several cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  In 2021, Andrew joined the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Board of Directors, having previously served as the Chair of the FCBA Rules Committee.  Andrew also co-teaches the Federal Circuit Practice seminar as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law.
