Recent Case Law Developments Involving Method-of-Treatment Patents

On September 13th, partner Andrew Trask and associate Arthur Argall will present on “Recent Case Law Developments Involving Method-of-Treatment Patents” at a CLE event hosted by the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association.  The presentation will cover recent Federal Circuit decisions involving method-of-treatment patents and explore potential takeaways for litigators and patent prosecutors. 

Andrew Trask litigates disputes involving intellectual property, competition, and technology, often focusing on appeals.  He has briefed and argued several cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  In 2021, Andrew joined the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Board of Directors, having previously served as the Chair of the FCBA Rules Committee.  Andrew also co-teaches the Federal Circuit Practice seminar as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University School of Law.

Arthur Argall litigates intellectual property and antitrust disputes before district courts and the Federal Circuit.
