Sarah Harris to Speak about U.S. Supreme Court Term at Lawyers for Civil Justice Annual Meeting

On Thursday, May 5, 2022, partner Sarah Harris will speak on a panel titled “What We’re Watching Now: Noteworthy Cases in the Supreme Court” at the Lawyers for Civil Justice Annual meeting. LCJ is a national coalition of defense trial lawyer organizations, law firms, and corporations focused on promoting fairness and efficiency in the civil justice system. The panel will discuss upcoming Supreme Court decisions in high-profile cases this Term, as well as cases of interest to the business community. Sarah represents clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts across the country. She has argued three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, prevailing in two (one pending*), and has presented many arguments in federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts. She is a former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas on the U.S. Supreme Court.
