Partner John McNichols authored an article titled “New Ethics Advice on Working from Home in a Pandemic,” published by the American Bar Association in the Spring 2021 edition of Litigation News. The article discusses recent guidance released by the Pennsylvania Bar Association concerning attorneys working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, including issues related to an attorney’s duty of technological competence when handling sensitive client information in a home environment.
