On March 19, 2021, partner Lisa Blatt will speak at the 25th Anniversary Corporate Counsel Institute, hosted by Georgetown University Law Center. The virtual panel, titled “2021 Supreme Court Review and Preview,” will review and preview the Supreme Court’s docket and assess the impact of important cases on businesses.
Lisa is chair of Williams & Connolly’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation practice group. She has argued 40 cases before the Court—more than any other woman in U.S. history—including the first telephonic argument in the Court’s history in U.S. Patent & Trademark Office v. Booking.com.
