Paul Mogin spoke at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Midyear Meeting, February 10-15, 2018 in La Quinta, California. The panel was entitled “Is Your Civil Client in Danger of Criminal Charges?” and was held on February 13. The program focused on the increasingly frequent resort by the federal government to parallel criminal and civil proceedings against the same company or individual.
The moderator of the panel was M.C. Sungaila of Haynes and Boone, LLP and the other panelists were Thomas C. Frongillo of Fish & Richardson P.C. and Sonia Escobio O’Donnell of Sonia Escobio O’Donnell PA.
