On Sunday, September 24th, Partner Ana Reyes participated in a panel at the XVI International Arbitration Conference on the topic of due process and judicial control of arbitral awards. The conference is hosted by the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) in Gramado, Brazil and gathers representatives of the arbitral community from many countries. This year, the theme was centered on "due process of law in arbitration", the basis of procedures governed under the Brazilian Arbitration Act, and its importance internationally.
