Williams & Connolly and its partners are proud to have won multiple awards at the LMG Life Sciences dinner held on September 4, 2025.  These include:

Additionally, the firm’s representation in the In re Revlimid & Thalomid Purchaser Antitrust Litigation was named Impact Case of the Year.  There, Williams & Connolly successfully defended Celgene and Bristol-Myers Squibb in antitrust litigation brought by several of the country’s largest health insurers and pharmaceutical retailers alleging refusal to deal, sham patent litigation and anticompetitive patent settlements on the companies’ Revlimid medicine.  On June 6, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey granted a motion to dismiss that W&C filed and argued.  In a nearly 300-page opinion, the court held, among other things, that plaintiffs’ allegations were insufficient to state an antitrust violation and dismissed plaintiffs’ complaints in their entirety.*
