LCLD Selects Three Williams & Connolly Attorneys for Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

January 2024

The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has selected Williams & Connolly partner Lauren Uhlig to participate in its 2024 Fellows Program and associates Chaloea Williams and Youlin Yuan for its Pathfinder Program.

The LCLD Fellows Program identifies high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds and sets them on the path to leadership at their organizations. Each honoree embarks on a learning program that includes in-person conferences, training in the fine points of legal practice, and peer-group projects to foster collaboration and build relationships. The goal is to produce a generation of attorneys with strong leadership and relationship skills who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. Each class of Fellows also serves as mentors to those who follow.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for high-potential and early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds. The mission of the program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks through relationship-building skills, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

Williams & Connolly has been a member of LCLD since 2015.
