Enu Mainigi Named a Trials MVP by Law360

November 2023

Each year, Law360 names practice area “MVPs” as “an elite group of attorneys who are leaders in their practice areas and have seen extraordinary wins in the past year.” This year, Law360 recognized Williams & Connolly partner Enu Mainigi among only four Trials MVPs. Law360 featured Enu’s trial victory for Fifth Third Bank in a certified class action amid a nationwide banking crisis, her landmark bench trial victory for Cardinal Health following a 3-month-long opioid trial in West Virginia federal court, and her jury trial win for CVS Health in a certified consumer class action in California.*

In her interview with Law360, Enu said that there is nothing more satisfying than helping her clients solve a problem or an issue:  “I [have] worked with a variety of clients in one capacity or another for a number of years. I love the comfort of that, the camaraderie of that, the ‘We're all in it together’ type of feeling.”  In terms of advice to junior attorneys, Enu explained that “they know more than they think: Every experience counts, and they shouldn't discount those experiences.” She also credited the strength of her teams, emphasizing that “I'm the one lucky enough to be recognized here, but there is absolutely no way that I would have gotten to this place without the tremendous teams that we have and the tremendous clients that we have.”
