Williams & Connolly is very excited to announce our successful achievement of Mansfield Rule Plus Certification for Mansfield Rule 5.0. Mansfield Rule Plus Certification indicates the highest level of certification and reflects that the Mansfield Rule efforts are actually working. The designation means that Williams & Connolly has achieved placing at least 30% underrepresented attorneys in a significant number of our key leadership roles, including our partnership and governing committees.
Our Chief Diversity Partner, Malachi Jones, made a statement on achieving Plus Certification: “In three years, participating in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule program has taken us farther than we could have ever expected towards diversifying our firm’s leadership. We look forward to even greater progress in the future as the Mansfield Rule process becomes cemented in our firm.”
