Nicole obtained her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Georgetown University. During law school, she served as an articles editor on the Georgetown Law Journal and received the Meritorious Service Award for her contributions to the Journal. She was also a member of the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic and coauthored a report published in the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Nicole clerked for Judge Leonie M. Brinkema of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and Judge Barbara Milano Keenan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
