On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Williams & Connolly senior counsel, and CPR Rules Revision Committee Co-Chair, John Buckley will present to the CPR Council on the changes that will be implemented with the 2026 CPR Non-Administered Rules (Domestic Disputes) and Non-Administered Rules for International Disputes.
John, a partner in the firm for almost four decades, founded and led the firm’s International Arbitration practice group. He now acts as independent arbitrator in international and domestic arbitrations. A Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has served as chair, sole arbitrator, and co-arbitrator in institutional (AAA, ICDR, ICC and CPR) and ad hoc arbitrations.
