Craig Singer Presents at Working Group on Legal Opinions 2026 Opinion Risk Management Program

On Tuesday, February 24th, partner Craig Singer co-chaired a panel at the Working Group on Legal Opinions 2026 Opinion Risk Management Program on the topic of “How Can Artificial Intelligence Be Used as a Diligence Tool and What Are the Ethical Considerations?”  The program discussed how artificial intelligence is increasingly being used in the due diligence process for third party legal opinions, and the ethical considerations when lawyers use AI tools for that purpose.

Craig Singer is a trial and appellate litigator with a national reputation for representing law firms, professionals, and other companies and individuals in high-stakes matters.  For more than 25 years, he has represented numerous lawyers and law firms, including some of the nation’s largest firms, in federal and state courts, government investigations, and arbitration proceedings in many jurisdictions around the country.  Craig is co-chair of Williams & Connolly’s Law Firm Defense Practice Group.
