Haley Wasserman to Speak at CPR Institute's 2026 Annual Meeting

On February 12, 2026, Williams & Connolly associate Haley Wasserman will moderate the Corporate Counsel Roundtable on “Deriving Value Through Alternative Fee Arrangements.” The panel will take place during the CPR Institute's 2026 Annual Meeting and will discuss the future of legal services billing and its practical and ethical implications. Panelists will share insights on alternative fee structures and discuss how these arrangements can be used to manage risk, promote efficiency, and encourage early dispute resolution.

Haley Wasserman focuses her practice on international litigation and arbitration. She has represented companies and sovereign states in disputes before a variety of courts and arbitral institutions, and spanning a broad array of subject matters, including energy, telecommunications, media, medical devices, and infrastructure projects. Haley teaches a seminar on Advocacy in International Arbitration at Yale Law School, and coaches Yale Law School’s Vis Moot Team. Haley is a member of CPR’s Steering Committee for Young Leaders in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She also serves as an arbitrator for the D.C. Bar Attorney-Client Arbitration Board, and a mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court.
