On February 6, 2026, partner Charles Davant will speak at the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers Mid-Year Meeting in San Antonio, Texas.  Charles will participate on the panel titled “When One Lawyer’s Problem Becomes Everyone’s: Imputation Across Practice Settings,” which will explore how professional conduct rules apply differently across practice settings, emphasizing how organizational context and emerging technologies like AI shape ethical compliance and supervision, and examine the effectiveness of one-size-fits-all regulatory approaches.
