On November 18, 2025, partner Rich Moore will speak at the Global Class Actions Symposium 2025, in London. Rich will be speaking on the “Mass Torts” panel alongside Damiën Berkhout, partner of Lindenbaum. The panel will dive into mass torts, examining liability, litigation strategies, and corporate accountability. The discussion will also cover settlements, evolving regulations, and the role of mass tort claims in achieving justice.
 
Rich Moore is a partner at Williams & Connolly where he has represented clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation and arbitration matters across the United States and internationally. Rich’s civil litigation practice concentrates on the areas of product liability, mass torts, and consumer class actions.  Rich has represented clients in federal and state courts across the United States in matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverages, financial instruments, and a variety of other products.
