On October 28, 2025, Williams & Connolly partner Ed Barnidge participated as a discussion leader at the Class Action Litigation Forum Defense Bar in New Orleans, Louisiana. The session, titled “Recent Success Stories on Challenging Plaintiff’s Economic Experts,” explored effective strategies for challenging plaintiffs’ economic and survey experts in class action cases, including approaches at deposition, Daubert motions, and through rebuttal testimony.
Ed Barnidge is an experienced first-chair trial attorney in complex commercial and class action cases across the country. His experience spans the gamut of litigated matters from trials and arbitrations to mediations and regulatory matters. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in many high-stakes disputes. Ed also co-chairs the firm’s Class Actions and Consumer Defense practice.
