On October 17th, 2025, Paloma Cipolla Moguilevsky moderated a panel at the South Cone International Disputes Forum (SCIDF) in Santiago, Chile, titled “2035: What Disputes Are on the Horizon?” The panel addressed various global issues and trends that may give rise to international disputes in the next 10 years.
