John McNichols and Allison Eisen Present “Mitigation Strategies for the Emerging Threat Environment”

On May 11th, Partner John McNichols and Associate Allison Eisen will speak on the panel Mitigation Strategies for the Emerging Threat Environment at the 2023 Privacy + Security Forum, which brings together the most seasoned thought leaders in the areas of privacy and security law. John and Alison will discuss trends in the cybersecurity threat environment, innovative malware defense mechanisms, and mitigation strategies for both law firms and businesses.

John McNichols focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in trade secret disputes involving technology companies. He has tried multiple civil cases in both state and federal court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Outside of his civil trial practice, John has also represented criminal defendants in multiple matters, including a recent conspiracy trial in federal court in Maryland resulting in a jury acquittal.**

Allison focuses her practice on white collar defense and investigations, as well as on complex civil matters.  She has represented individuals and corporations across the country in a range of substantive areas, including FCPA investigations, tax investigations, contract disputes, and antitrust.  Allison also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on criminal representations.
