On April 1, 2022, partner Craig Singer will present on a panel at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting, titled “The Bandera Decision: Delaware Court of Chancery Addresses Obligations of Counsel in Giving Legal Opinion.” The panel will address the lessons to be learned for opinion givers and recipients from the recent Bandera decision.
Craig has represented numerous lawyers and law firms, including some of the nation’s largest firms, in federal and state courts, government investigations, and arbitration proceedings in many jurisdictions around the country.
