On Monday, March 28, 2022, partner Amanda (“Mandy”) MacDonald will be participating on a panel for PLI’s Securities Litigation 2022: From Investigation to Trial. In her segment, “Commencement of a Civil Action: Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, Coordinating Multiple Securities Litigation Actions,” Mandy will address a number of issues related to early litigation proceedings, including claim investigation, analysis of a potential motion to dismiss, recent developments in securities law, and coordinating multi-district actions.
Mandy co-chairs Williams & Connolly’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement practice groups and is a leader in the firm’s investigations practice. In 2021, The National Law Journal named Mandy a Litigation Trailblazer, and Benchmark Litigation recognized her as a “Future Star” for 2022.
