Meg Keeley to Moderate PLI’s Mergers & Acquisitions Panel

On January 22, Meg Keeley will moderate a panel at the Practicing Law Institute’s virtual program on Mergers & Acquisitions: Advanced Trends and Developments.  Her segment, “Ethical Traps for the M&A Practitioner,” will address topics including suspicious transactions, inadvertently disclosed information under Rule 4.4(b), contact with represented parties under Rule 4.2, scrivener’s errors, and the duty of candor under Rule 1.4. 

The Practicing Law Institute’s Mergers & Acquisitions program will provide attendees with up-to-date information on M&A activity and cutting-edge trends and developments regarding the impact of Covid-19, distressed M&A, M&A litigation, difficult negotiation and contractual issues, SEC disclosure matters and tax and other issues with important M&A implications.
