Partner Deneen Howell spoke on a panel titled “An Analysis of Law Firm Compensation Models and How to Make Each of Them Fair for Women” at the First Chair Equal Pay Summit held on October 21, 2019 in Chicago. First Chair is an organization designed to bring together private practice attorneys and in-house counsel to share best practices and develop better hiring, promotion, and pay policies. Deneen is Co-Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Employment Counseling and Litigation practice group, where her focus is on counseling clients regarding executive employment and internal investigations, as well as its Transactions and Business Counseling practice.
