On May 16th, David Zinn interviewed Robert Zink, acting chief of the Department of Justice’s Fraud section, at the American Conference Institute’s FCPA conference in New York. The session covered a number of topics, including potential Fifth Amendment violations arising from the government’s reliance or direction of internal corporate investigations.
