Partner C.J. Mahoney will be speaking on a panel entitled, “The Current State and Future of International Arbitration: Regional and Cross-Cultural Perspectives,” at a symposium presented by the Arb40 Subcommittee of the International Bar Association Arbitration Committee. The panel will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 12:05-1:20 pm at Washington Marriott Wardman Park.
As part of its contribution to the development of arbitration best practice, the IBA Arbitration Committee, through its Arb40 Subcommittee, organizes symposia for the younger members of the arbitration community. This workshop will be interactive and follow an open forum format.
