This annual list ranks firms in all areas of client service delivery including client focus, value, and innovation. According to BTI, the focus of the rankings is on “which law firms legal decision makers recognize for delivering the absolute best levels of client service.” The report, generated by BTI Consulting Group, is based on in-depth interviews from over 300 corporate counsel from various industries.
