Williams & Connolly ranked fourth out of 124 firms in The American Lawyer 2014 Midlevel Associates Survey. This survey asked third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates to rate their firms as workplaces in a variety of areas including compensation and benefits, training, partner relations and the satisfaction level of their work. Midlevel associates graded their firms on a scale of one to five (with five being the highest score) on each question. The American Lawyer then took the average of those answers from firms with ten or more responses to calculate the results of the survey.
