Partner Benjamin Graham was named among The National Law Journal’s 2025 Washington, D.C. Rising Stars. According to the publication, the awards recognize the Washington, D.C. region’s 40 most promising lawyers age 40 and under who have proved to be innovators in their field by securing significant victories for clients and have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to pro bono work.
Benjamin Graham focuses his practice on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. He has significant experience in trials, arbitrations, and complex motions practice. Ben has argued dispositive motions and appeals in both state and federal court; examined witnesses before judges, juries, and arbitrators; and presented opening statements in international arbitrations. He has handled investment-treaty disputes before ICSID and diverse commercial disputes before the leading arbitral institutions (ICC, LCIA, SCC, HKIAC, etc.). His clients include sovereign states, multinational corporations, and AmLaw-100 law firms.
