Ben Greenblum Recognized for Antitrust Litigation by Chambers USA

For the fourth year in a row, Ben Greenblum was recognized among Chambers USA’s “Antitrust: Litigation Specialists” for DC.  According to Chambers, clients report “[Ben] is a great strategist. He is great at thinking about the whole picture and communicating decisions to clients.”

Ben Greenblum serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.  He has extensive experience in antitrust and other complex civil litigation.  He is recognized as a leading member of the bar defending so-called “pay for delay” or “reverse payment” patent settlements from antitrust attack, serving as trial counsel in the first two such cases ever to go to jury verdict.  With years of experience litigating such cases, Ben advises on all manner of antitrust issues arising from the Hatch-Waxman Act and food and drug law.  Ben is also involved in the firm’s representations of clients in several other industries.
