Partner Ashley Hardin is an Advisory Board Member of the Qui Tam Section. Ashley focuses her practice on complex civil litigation; she represents corporations and individuals in FCA and other fraud matters, including in state and federal government investigations. Most recently, Ashley and her team at Williams & Connolly defended pharmaceutical distributor Cardinal Health in state and federal trials as part of the nation’s complex opioid litigation. The American Lawyer Litigation Daily named the team “Litigators of the Week,” recognizing their victory in obtaining a complete defense verdict after a landmark 3-month-long, 70-witness federal bench trial in West Virginia—one of the most closely-watched litigation matters of 2022.
