John McNichols Appointed to the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the D.C. Bar

On October 26, 2022, the D.C. Bar announced that Williams & Connolly partner John McNichols was appointed to its Continuing Legal Education Committee. The D.C. Bar's award-winning Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Program offers a wide array of easily accessible programming designed specifically to meet people's career and lifestyle needs.

John focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in trade secret disputes involving technology companies. He is Associate Editor of the American Bar Association’s Litigation News, where he writes the quarterly column on technology and the law. John is also an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
