The firm’s Intellectual Property practice was among three firms chosen as finalists for The National Law Journal’s 2021 Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Year award. The winners will be announced on October 20, 2021.
Earlier this year, Williams & Connolly’s Patent Litigation and Trademark and Copyright practices were nationally recognized by Managing IP, Chambers USA, and The Legal 500. Further, in August 2021, the firm and its partners were shortlisted by LMG Life Sciences for several awards, including Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year (Branded), General Patent Litigator of the Year (DC Metro) – Jessamyn Berniker, and Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year (Branded) – David Berl. The winners of those awards will be announced on September 22, 2021.
