Williams & Connolly Secures Pro Bono Victory for U.S. Army Veteran

April 2020

Williams & Connolly successfully represented a U.S. Army veteran before the Court Appeals for Veterans’ Claims.  After the VA denied our client disability benefits, on March 30, 2020, the Court Appeals for Veterans’ Claims reversed that decision in its entirety, sending the case back to the VA with directions to properly develop our client’s claim and follow the law.

Williams & Connolly lawyers who worked on this matter included associates Samuel Ford and Katherine Petti, and partner Liam Montgomery.
