Christopher S. Geyer was recently selected by the PTAB Bar Association to serve as editor-in-chief of the new PTAB Bar Association Law Journal. The PTAB Bar Association serves a range of professionals who appear before the Patent Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”). The Journal is the first of its kind to focus solely on issues related to practice before the PTAB. The inaugural issue of the Journal covers topics ranging from strategic approaches to estoppel effects and protections afforded under the Administrative Procedure Act, to litigation stay considerations and more.
