Julian represents companies and individuals in complex civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts nationwide. He practices at both the trial and appellate levels, including in high-stakes commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, and federal criminal cases.
Before joining the firm, Julian clerked for Judge Robert J. Luck of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for Judge William L. Osteen, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review.
