Williams & Connolly’s Supreme Court and Appellate team will be conducting an hour-long CLE covering the key business cases, major decisions, and big themes of the Supreme Court 2019 Term.
The presentation will feature the three partners who run Williams & Connolly’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice. Lisa Blatt, the Chair, has argued 40 cases and won over 90% of them; she argued and won three cases this past Term, including the Court’s first-ever telephonic argument. Amy Saharia, who clerked for Justice Sotomayor, has been practicing in the Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals for more than a decade. And Sarah Harris, who clerked for Justice Thomas and has an argument before the Court next Term.
