On June 23rd, Andrew Trask will moderate the panel entitled “A Discussion with the Federal Circuit’s Clerk’s Office,” hosted by the Federal Circuit Bar Association. Andrew will be joined by Peter Marksteiner, Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and Jarrett Perlow, Chief Deputy Clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The panel will address a significant set of amendments to the Federal Circuit’s Rules of Practice that take effect on July 1, and will offer information and perspective regarding the amendments.
