Seth has worked on a range of complex civil matters. His practice focuses on patent litigation and has covered a variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals (both small molecule and biologic) and medical imaging. Seth joined Williams & Connolly in 2015 after clerking for then-Chief Judge Mary Beck Briscoe of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  

Seth received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2014 (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif), where he was an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review and a member of the Board for the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition. Before law school, Seth graduated with honors from Indiana University with degrees in Biochemistry and Trumpet Performance, and then earned his Master’s in Education from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.  

Seth serves as a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
