Congressional Investigations

The firm has extensive experience representing corporate and individual clients before investigative committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Firm lawyers have represented public companies, professional services firms, and individuals (including senior executives, former cabinet secretaries, and other current and former government officials) before many committees, including the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations and the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, as well as the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission and other Congressionally authorized investigative bodies.
